Paul Hayes, CEO Founder
Campaign and Event Strategy and Relationships
At Beachhut, Paul drives strategy for a wide variety of tech clients in multiple verticals and geographies. He is known as one of the best connectors in the Irish tech ecosystem and has mentored over 150 startups through Launchpad, DCU Ryan Academy and the LuceyFund.
Paul has extensive experience in technology communications and notably developed the messaging for early Irish tech success stories such as Havok and Demonware. An accomplished host of many technology events in Ireland and abroad, he has delivered innovative marketing strategies at international trade shows such as GDC and SxSW. He was a founder of Games Ireland.
Originally from Thurles, Paul has lately developed a passion for cycling and does Paris-Nice to support local paralympian, Peter Ryan.

Liz has over 20 years experience in a variety of in-house and agency roles including RTE, IFI, McConnells and running her own PR consultancy with household name Irish and international clients.
She specialises in communications strategy and execution for both corporate and consumer clients and brings to her position a wealth of knowledge in market analysis, strategic planning, product launches and domestic media relations.
Maria Diviney, Account Director
Maria is head of international outreach at Beachhut. Drawing on a wealth of experience in technology communication, she works with clients to boost their thought leadership profiles and secure coverage in high profile international outlets, spanning web, print and TV.
For the past decade she has helped clients communicate with a more global audience. Maria was a partner at Shepard Fox Communications where she managed localised international B2B and B2C strategies for prominent technology multinationals and European institutions like the European Patent Office. For several years, she coordinated global PR strategies for the prestigious European Inventor Award, securing global coverage and attracting the world’s leading technology and science media journalists. Maria is a graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in public relations and a European Jos Willems PR award winner.
Maurice Collins, Client Services Director
Product Messaging Specialist
Within Beachhut, Maurice works with clients to develop powerful product messaging, in some cases clarifying and building on a strong existing product vision and in other cases working up a product strategy from the concept stage.
Maurice is an experienced executive-level Product Manager with business development and commercial experience across a number of technology sectors. Over the years, he has worked primarily in-house as a Head of Product but is currently working as a Product Management Consultant.
Stacey Connolly, Account Manager
With the lines between traditional PR and digital marketing blurring, Stacey specialises in coordinated Social and Media Relations campaigns that amplify specific messages within the overall PR strategy.
Having completed her postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from DCU, Stacey worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant helping clients to improve their social media activities and increase brand awareness.

Richard is expert in the global technology landscape, having worked across many sectors including technology, media & marketing. He has worked with some of the largest tech companies and influential startups across the globe working to boost their profile through coverage in high profile international outlets, spanning web, print and TV.
Prior to joining our International PR team, Richard has worked at Web Summit, leading on PR activities, strategy, content and media relations. He brokered commercial partnerships with global media outlets like The Washington Post, CNBC, Forbes, Fox News and Vogue. He has dealt with some of the world’s leading tech and business journalists.
